Does it come with a sustain pedal?

No, it doesn’t. I bought the “ M-Audio SP 2 - Universal Sustain Pedal with Piano Style Action For MIDI Keyboards, Digital Pianos” Also, I returned the VR-09, and bought the VR-730. The 730 has a “waterfall” keyboard, which is more like a Hammond organ. (Organ is my main instrument). I found the 09 keyboard to be more like a synth. Neither keyboard has weighted keys. (Like a piano). I believe both keyboards have excellent sounds, the 730 has more.

It's not polyphonic, does that make a difference to a keyboard player? It doesn't have a sequencer feature. How big of a difference does that make?

How is it not polyphonic? You can play chords.

Does the VR-09-B have the feature that allows playing chords on the left hand by playing / pressing just one note. Usually called memory chord?

as far as having memory cord---no but some of the features like strings-brass-and snth. can be played with one or more fingers

Will it produce the Leslie type rotating sound on a regular speaker?

Yes, the VR-09B has a built-in rotary speaker effect that will work with a normal speaker or amplifier.
