Terrible customer service, they do not stand behind their products.

I bought this bottle, and it arrived defective. The company only wanted to reimburse me 20% at first, then 50%, then 70%. This is my third bottle, and I never had an issue with the other bottles coming apart and spilling everywhere. I expected 100% reimbursement, but they refused. Thankfully, Amazon came through and reimbursed me 100%. I would be cautious purchasing from this company, they do not stand behind their products and customer service is terrible.

Fel parfym från en helt annan tillverkare

Fick helt fel parfym, inte ens från samma märke, utan Montblanc och herrparfym. Returen är inte simpel den heller, du måste skriva ut en etikett, vilket nästan ingen har möjlighet till. För mycket jobb för att genomföra returen, så de får behålla mina pengar och förlora framtida köp och aldrig bli rekommenderade istället.
