Mixing: Mixing with a spoon - works pretty well. For testing I would drop in a scoop full and let it sit for a second before instantly stirring. This does not clump and with a decent amount of stirring mixes in quite well. Shaker - mixes incredibly well but like every other amino acid I've used creates a decent amount of gas and you'll need to carefully depressurize your shaker as to not have it pop and go all over the room. Because it dissolves so well with a spoon, I skip the shaker. Taste: I never knew grape cotton candy was a thing. Turns out, this tastes exactly like you might expect. And, although it isn't bad, if I were at a carnival and I saw grape cotton candy, I would pass. Not a bad taste but definitely not the best flavor I've had in an amino acid. My impressions: Overall I like the way this makes me feel after taking it. I've taken to using this in both the morning before my commute and again as a pre-workout. It makes me alert without sending me into some sort of frenzy, I don't get any sort of body tingle and no other unexpected side effects. In the morning it replaced my first cup of coffee. As a pre-workout it gets me going enough to get into my workout, provides a decent vascular pump and then of course the benefits of amino acids. If you're looking for an amino acid that isn't extreme but provides the recovery benefits your looking for, this is a great way to go. If you're looking for something to make your whole-body tingle and you get tunnel vision to the point you feel like you're going to run through a wall, well this isn't it. I feel this is a well-balanced, safe amino acid that I would recommend to anyone.
