I needed to upgrade an old clunky Lenovo tower with an old i5 and 12mB of RAM. After toiling for weeks, I pulled the trigger and bought this computer. I was anxious - this was not the traditional desktop computer I had bought many times in the past. But it seemed to have all the features I wanted. I spent time on YouTube watching reviews. Most rated it as a gaming computer. I don't game. I just wanted a reliable, fast and state of the art computer. I got it!! When it came, I was astounded at the small size, but man, was it easy to get it operating! I literally took it out of the box, plugged it in, plugged in all my USB peripherals, my 4K 35" monitor and hit the start button. It took probably 15 min. before it downloaded updates, etc. and then it performed great. Here's my take: 1. SPEED - for me, it's killer!! I don't game but for any regular application and the web, it's lightning! Applications and files load quickly. This i7 and 32gbs of RAM ROCK! 2. VIDEO - SUPERB. Everything is clear and sharp at 4K. 3. SOUND - very important to me...the sound card or whatever that's embedded in this thing is superb. Crisp, clear, high fidelity, AWESOME. 4. Lots of USB/HDMI and other hookups. State of the art for me...everything works great - wifi, BT, etc. 5. LOOKS - well built, and it's really tiny!!! 6. HEAT - it spews out some warmth from the built in fan, but nothing bad. If you're near it, you can hear the internal fan kick into high gear now and then, but not an issue for me - it's pretty quiet, even if close to me. Seems the same on heat output as my old Lenovo tower. All in all, I am impressed and happy. I just hope it stays reliable and lasts for me.

A solid mini computer that simply gets the job done! It is quiet, has an efficient cooling system, it's very compact and is super easy to setup!

I purchased my IT 13 about three months ago and have found it to be a solid, reliable computer. I use it for home office work and haven't had any problems in that regard. Video playback is smooth and it has no problem properly displaying streaming video. My only disappointment with the IT13 is its lack of ability to handle any gaming beyond solitaire. I don't do a lot of gaming but enjoy Skyrim and Minecraft. Skyrim is unplayable even with all of the graphic settings lowered to minimum. Not only does it look horrible, but the video is jerky. Even Minecraft doesn't run well unless the video settings are lowered. I would have expected the IT13 to run those games as well as my 6 year old system with a i7 processor and 12gb of RAM. I'm not regretting that I purchased this computer since it handles everything I regularly use a computer for except for gaming. It doesn't take up a lot of space on the desk and, while I can hear the cooling fan, it isn't as noisy as the system it replaced.

I purchased to use to stream Amazon music to my DAC so it was overkill since it is a very fast system. Very nice looking unit with plenty of external, USB USBC and hard wired ethernet ports in addition to WIFI. The wired ports is what I was interested in since I stream at the highest possible resolution. 2 HDMI ports and 2 USBC ports allow for 4 monitor viewing. I used 1 HDMI to stream to my 83 inch Samsung OLED and was inpressed with the output. All in all a great little NUC mini PC. Only issue is that unless the unit is standin on it's side the fan makes a very loud noise. Super quiet on it's side which is how I wanted to use it anyway but be advised that if you are going to use it laying flat it could be an issue. It also could be just a one off for the one I received.

Amazingly speedy computer.. starts and closes Windows 11 in less than 3 seconds each. Excellent video output, really brings my monitor to life with bright, clean colors. Programs load quickly and everything I've thrown at it runs spectacularly... I;m very impressed with this GeekOM i9 Machine. Note that in this 2005 series model the power consumption is only 45 watts rather than 90 watts from the older i9 GeekOM computers. Runs cool all the time, no fan noise noticeable. A real bargain and it fits in your hand.

This is my first Mini PC and was nervous bc I haven’t ever had a GEEKOM before or even heard of it before, but I am impressed. I got the 32MB RAM version but planned to expand to 64MB but after using it for several months, I don’t see the need to upgrade because it goes plenty fast as is and it said that it supports 4 monitors because that is how many ports are available, but I added my Dell dock to it and I am running 4 high def monitors and one regular one with no issues. I may add another if I have ports on my doc. I love the tiny size. For me, it works better than a laptop because it is small enough to fit in my huge purse and can hook up to the monitors at the office or at home. On the go, I can take along my portable monitor and BT keyboard mouse and go. I am so very happy with this purchase. It was a steal and left me with zero buyer’s remorse.

Completely Unreliable – Random Power-Offs and Disappointing Customer Support I purchased the GEEKOM IT13 MAX AI Mini PC with the Intel Core Ultra 9 185H expecting a reliable, high-performance computer for coding and multitasking. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Within the first 2 days of ownership, the computer randomly powered off more than 20 times without any warning. It did not restart automatically—it simply lost power completely while I was using it. These unexpected shutdowns occurred during normal use, making the computer unreliable and unsuitable for professional work. I also attempted to perform a Windows factory reset to erase my personal data before returning the computer. However, the random power-offs prevented the reset from completing. On several attempts, the reset would reach approximately 8% before the computer suddenly shut off again. As a result, I was unable to complete the factory reset or reliably remove my personal information. I have videos and photos documenting these repeated shutdowns, so this was not an isolated incident. The customer service experience, from the seller. In the first contact, was equally disappointing. Instead of replacing the defective computer or providing a proper warranty solution, the Amazon seller instructed me to open the computer and troubleshoot it myself. I do not believe it is reasonable to ask a customer to disassemble a brand-new computer to fix a hardware problem. That behavior expresses not professional responsibility. After I contacted Amazon, I was provided with a return authorization, a return barcode, and instructions to send the computer back, which I followed. However, after the return process had already been initiated, the seller warned me that if I did not follow their preferred troubleshooting process, my refund could be delayed for several days. I found this frustrating because I had already followed Amazon's official return procedure for a defective product. The hardware specifications look impressive on paper, but reliability and customer support are just as important. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short in both areas. A new computer should work properly out of the box. If it is defective, customers should receive a prompt replacement or refund without being asked to repair the device themselves or worry about unnecessary refund delays after following Amazon's return process.

I have bought many of these Geekom mini PCs over the years and they have been rock-solid. They have excellent performance and are very well-priced. The small footprint fits wherever you need it to. Quiet, fast, and reliable.

In 1984 kreeg ik voor m'n werk m'n eerste (CP/M) PC van het merk Bondwell, met een ouderwets piepend telefoon modem. MS-Dos was er nog niet eens en het novum Windows 1 - op slappe 5,25 inch floppies al helemaal niet. Ik was dol op al dat spul, maar het was 'stenen tijdperk' in vergelijking met deze Taiwanese Mini PC die ik inmiddels met groot genoegen in gebruik heb genomen - ter vervanging van een Corsair 'bakbeest' (circa 40 x 25 x 60 cm) met waterkoeling en 6 flinke - bepaald niet geruisloze - ventilatoren binnenin. M'n nieuwe Geekom (draaiend met 2 HDMI 4 K monitoren) biedt thuis alles wat ik nodig heb voor werk en plezier, maar het meest opmerkelijke zijn de prestaties van (Intel's 14de generatie) Intel Core Ultra processor - met maar liefst 16 kernen. Superzuinig qua energiegebruik, grafisch geweldig en met zeer goede eigentijdse AI ondersteuning. En de prijs is een wonder! De eerste mini pc die ik in 2014 kocht (een mini mac van Apple) had een Intel i7 duocore processor en 16 GB Ram, maar kostte wel twee keer de prijs van wat ik nu heb betaald (voor i9 met 16 cores en 32 GB Ram).

J'ai eu un petit soucy avec le bloc d'alimentation mais Shirley, au service à la clientèle n'a pas hésité a m'offrir de me rembourser le bloc d'alimentation de remplacement que je me suis commandé. Elle m'a fait le remboursement le lendemain de l'envoi de la facture, je n'ai pas eu a verifier pendant plusieurs jours. Je recommande ce produit.
