I've been wanting to try Korean haircare for the longest time, and it was definitely worth the wait because this stuff is AMAZING! The cooling sensation it left on my scalp is like nothing I've ever experienced before. The best way I can describe it is that it was DEEP. It felt really good and even after I rinsed it out, I was still feeling it.I do have to say this, the scent, well, it smells exactly like Vicks Vapor Rub and there is no getting around it BUT, no worries, the scent absolutely does not linger. If it did, I don't think I would be using it again because who wants to smell like that?I do have one major complaint which has nothing to do with the product itself but as to how it arrived. It was in such a flimsy package I'm surprised it arrived as well as it did. The box the shampoo came in isn't very strong to begin with but coupled with the packaging it's a disaster waiting to happen. I was lucky in that only a small amount of product leaked out of the bottle. This is supposed to be very high-end product, so I think they need to do better than that considering how much they cost.

I started a new shampoo that made my hair fall out incredibly. I was trying really hard to make my hair as thick as possible so seeing all this hair fall out made me want to cry. I decided to splurge on a shampoo that focuses on scalp health and fall out reduction. I've heard good things about this shampoo but I was still skeptical. Specially since it has sulfates which is demonized in western beauty products.After one week, I noticed little to no difference in hair fall out.After two weeks, I noticed a bit of a reduction of hair fall.After a month, I'm losing only about 10 hairs in the shower. Back to how I was before the other shampoo.I'm so happy with the results. The shampoo also leaves my hair feeling squeaky clean, which is great for my oily hair.

This shampoo is good and i love it. My only compliant is i wish the seller packaged the item better. I had to request a replacement because the product had leaked when it first arrived.The shampoo just came in an Amazon bag with nothing else to support it except the filmsy box it came in. It would’ve been nice if they bubble wrapped the product to secure it.I received my replacement fine, but I wish they just packaged the product better in the first place, so i don’t have to go through the return process unnecessarily. It's an easy fix if they consider bubble wrapping it.

This is great for travelling.

I fell for the hype of Ayunche and bought several of their products since they claim to treat the scalp and not just hair. After several months of use, my hair is not any different.It has a poor score on Yuka (26/100) due to several toxic chemicals.Smell is great.Maybe it’s not for my hair type, but after using 3 different Ayunche products, it seems like great marketing and nothing super amazing.Adding a tiny bit of castor oil to a $10 nontoxic shampoo has worked better for me.

Let me make it clear, the product is very good for my hair and scalp. I started using this product on my trip in Korea, fell in love with the product. Came back and found it on Amazon. Well, the pictures says it all. Poor, poor, poor business integrity. I’ll find another seller.

I love the smell, it’s not overwhelmingly strong it’s clean smelling. It’s suds up nicely and doesn’t leave your scalp feeling oily or weighed down, it leaves your hair feeling clean and soft.

I didn't have a chance to try the shampoo. It was returned. Such a bad packaging. This business affected negatively the brand, even though this had nothing to do with the product quality itself.
