Q: What is the "great price" that everyone paid? Not sure what to expect for a good model. Thank you.

I purchased mine on sale for $169. That is at least $100 less expensive than other models. I am satisfied with the performance of this vacuum.

Q: Where do I find detailed mop instructions for Evol 3? The user manual and app don’t include this, surprisingly.

The info provided was just general, but all you need to do is fill the water tank, slip on mopping pads and hit auto on the remote or the vacuum icon on the vacuum itself. I personally fill the water tank again after about 40 minutes and also change the mopping pads and hit auto again. (I did discover hitting auto again extends the running time about an additional 45 minutes or so after vacuum indicates it is going to recharge). I really like this vacuum and am very satisfied with the performance. I would definitely buy again. Hope this helps.

Q: Can this be used without a phone or internet?

I would think so, as it does come with a remote.
