Bought this expansion pack to go with the regular game. My daughter and all her friends absolutely love this expansion pack and the original game too.

Such a fun expansion for an already fun game!
My husband and I are both psychiatric professionals. After buying the base pack and having so much fun with it, we knew we had to have this expansion. It is really enjoyable, easy to understand, the cards are not only accurate but designed beautifully. It does require some strategy but it’s not overly complicated. Some rounds we play don’t last long, but others we can play up to 45 minutes to an hour.

Side Effects es un excelente juego de cartas. Se siente intuitivo, dinámico e integran muy bien la temática con las diferentes dinámicas del juego mediante el efecto de sus cartas.En definitiva, la expasion suma considerablemente a la experiencia del juego. Si bien es cierto, el juego base está lo suficientemente equilibrado para ser divertido, la expansion se siente como "necesaria" porque integran dinámicas que se perciben como "obvias" que tuvieron que haber estado dentro del flujo de este juego desde el inicio.El único aspecto a considerar, es que si bien es cierto el juego indica que es para 2 a 8 jugadores, siento que el juego se reproduce mejor entre 4 y 6 jugadores. Si se desea jugar entre dos personas, será necesario realizar algunas modificaciones al inicio del juego para equilibrar la experiencia.Mi recomendación es dejar en la baraja de la siguiente manera:Una cantidad de 3 cartas de cada uno de los trastornos en vez de los 5 totales al igual que las medicinas. 4 cartas de terapias en vez de 6, y 8 cartas de episodios en vez de 12. Les aseguro que esto les mejorará la experiencia para dos jugadores.Es un excelente juego, con un hermoso arte y una experiencia divertidad. Ojalá se animen a probarlo!
