It's okay kimchi, but not very exciting. I was hoping for a much spicier, more exciting kimchi, like we had in Korea, and in NYC, or the very good kimchis I have made with a Mama O's Kimchi Kit. I found this bland. I used it in Kimchi pancakes, but I jazzed it up with Korean hot pepper paste...

I didn’t expect it to be as spicy as it was- description not really accurate( and i usually like spicy)- perhaps if described appropriately I would have not purchased this one.
