COACH Women's Dempsey File Crossbody Shoulder Bag in Signature Jacquard

This is my 9th Coach purse and I love it! Only reason for 4* is because I wish they would have used a tan or a light brown strap rather than black. It is excellent Coach quality, no dust bag but does have a Coach tag, and a Coach info card inside. Come on Coach, how much can a dust bag cost?!?! It is the perfect size for me. I can fit my Coach wallet, sun glasses, chap stick, lip stick, gum, meds and a lot of other miscellaneous goodies. I like the strap (other than the black color) because it is wider than most purse straps. I am blind and have a guide dog so I love the cross body option so I have hands free to hold the harness and leash. Thinking of getting another color for fall and winter. Highly recommend! Love it!

I bought this from Amazon instead of Coach.com because I needed it ASAP and the official website would have taken longer to deliver. However, I should have just waited because it didn't come in the expected packaging and also didn't include the standard dust bag for storage and safe keeping.Other than that, the purse is nice and as expected

I love this bag.

This is a great purse for someone trying to downsize the massive bags we hauled around pre-COVID (me). After trying multiple ones, I saw this from Coach. Mid-sized, crossover, but with the bottom wide enough to accommodate actually holding stuff without becoming bulky or bulgy. A nice strong strap on it too. I get nothing but compliments about this purse. A great purchase.
