Nordic Ware Naturals Two Half Sheets with Lid Set, 3-Pieces

Hands down my favourite baking sheet!!

The pans are precisely as described. What I did not expect was for them to be a substantial as they are! Definitely built to last for decades. The set comes with one cover, and it is also substantial and strong, *and* it fits snugly. (I don't think it will necessarily last as long as the pans, but that's only because it is plastic.). One thing that stands out is that *because* they are nice and thick and heavy (not heavy like steel, heavy like aluminum), they heat really evenly. It is delightful to have things cook consistently across the surface. Another things is that they clean easily, as well. And, so far, no warping. I haven't used metal tools on them, but using my silicone tools, they have remained scratch-free. In short, these pans absolutely live up to the standard of tools we used in the kitchen during my back-of-house restaurant working years. 100% recommend! The value for money is just right. They are real tools and the price is well-justified.

Pans work great, especially for the price! I have not had any issues with warping, which I tend to have bad luck with. The lid is a good addition as well.

Great quality

I received this order with only one sheet pan (and the lid). It says it comes with two sheets pans. I decided to return it and order another as I figured it must have been an error. Second package arrived with only one sheet pan. False advertising. I will be looking elsewhere for an aluminum sheet pan.
