This is a nice set that works well for solar panels.

I'm not sure I would trust these with panels in our high wind area. Mechanicaly they do exactly what I need for adjustability

I used extruded metal brace to go between panels nd braces allowing 4 panel to be used. I would recommend 3 of these. so 3 legs could be used for every 4 panels. ends and middle for more stability

I mounted my panel to a fence using this bracket. I chose it because it seemed that it would be easy to adjust the angle. I’m happy to report that is very easy! Attaching it to the vertical surface was more challenging than I imagined but we managed. I’m sure a normal horizontal mount would be pretty simple. Overall I’m happy with this bracket.
