Paper thin "jacket" that runs small
This is perfectly fine for a Halloween costume you're going to wear once and never again. It is paper thin. It feels like a cheap shower curtain or a disposable table cloth. Sizing runs small. I got a 2XL for someone who usually wears a large and it just fit, instead of looking oversized.
