Yes. But it easily washes or rubs off. Dust will stick to it. Think of it as a temporary, not permanent, solution.

Q: Will this work on a wet surface, like a piece of meat?

I should think it would, so long as the water layer isn’t too deep. Pat the meat first with a paper towel first. Possibly you’re doing photography work?? I do still life photo work, though not with food, and have used it on many surfaces to prevent unwanted shiny reflections.

Q: Would I be able to use this product as a temporary mouse pad, I have a laser mouse but the wood on my desk is too reflective and my mouse isn't wrkng?

No. It is not for that. It diffuses spectral surfaces temporarily to capture photos, so it easily wipes off.

Yes. But it washes off with soap and water. It’s not a permanent finish.
