I don't normally buy refurbished electronics. I just don't know enough about them to fix it or find the problem if something goes wrong. With this, I read reviews, comments, did research... When it came in the mail we put it together, got everything set up and bam! It has worked great! We haven't had ONE issue. It does come with 90 day warranty and I believe you even have the option to add extra coverage or warranty if needed. Great for gaming (what we needed it for) my 15 year old's first PC and so far has not dissappointed! UPDATE: Here we are not even a month later and the pc will not run fortnite. It will run Roblox but thats it. It freezes, lags, the keyboard was having difficulties after 3 days. Going to send this back and do some more research =/

Had to return it as soon as I got it. Had issues to where it wouldn’t even turn on. Everything was connected properly, but it would just beep every 3 seconds and light up but never turn on.

This computer is pretty great there hasnt really been anything wrong with it. minus having to restart it once in the month ive had it its worked perfectly. i play sims 4 and its flawless it works great for Dayz, Gta5, Hogwarts: Legacy, Fallout, As well as Call of Duty. Its a simple set up the only thing ive had a real issue with is the monitor doesnt really like to stay on it acts as if the cable is loose and it cut out so ive used a diff monitor.

I got this Gaming pc for my sons birthday and he loved it he had some ups and downs with it but for some games it not good. Also it does not meet the requirements for windows 10 with the i5 version which is over 15 years old so that’s wrong because it’s a good starter pc because it’s not high level gaming it can run the sims with ALL of the dlcs also it runs gta good. But my son said that after he got all his dlcs on sims roblox didn’t run great. And also it’s a lot of games on steam that he wasn’t a to play but he can’t play it because they games need a high level quality to play the games

With So Many Desktop Options And By This Being My First Desktop I Had No Idea Which One To Choose. This Desktop Definitely Delivered And The Price Is Nice. Not Complaints No Issues No Problems It’s A Great Beginner Desktop. Bought It For The Sole Purpose To Play LSPDFR If You Know Than You Know No Crashes Enough Space I Give It 8.9/10.

I purchased this for my sons 10th birthday. This is by far the worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon! I would give 0 stars if I could. It was advertised as Wifi compatability. It kicks in and out continuously for no reason. It took a whole day to download Fortnite just to receive an error about needing a D3D11 compatible GPU so can't play that game. Next, the monitor starts to tweak out and not work. Let's not even mention this device is OVER 10 YEARS OLD! No longer supported by Dell. Amazon won't help troubleshoot and neither will Dell. I spent over an hour trying to get tech support for the past two days. I've requested a refund because of this.

While officially this is a refurbished computer, there is no refurbished or pre-used feeling to it. Plug it in, set up Windows and you're up and running within an hour. This is a mid-level gaming computer and will handle most of your gaming needs. The only downside is that you will be unable to upgrade it to Windows 11, but really, Windows 10 works great. My old computer motherboard and graphics card died, this system was cheaper than replacing them and better than I expected. No complaints at all. The LED lights on the desktop can be distracting but with the remote you can always turn them off.

Edit to Previous Review: BUYER BEWARE - KEEP LOOKING After personalizing and working with this machine for a month, I am forced to return it. Either the installation of Windows 10 is itself too corrupted for me to fix, or the use of a Windows 7 Wi-fi adapter in a Windows 10 machine is too wrong to work. After hours of deep dives into Windows (a system I know very well), and dedicated Windows tech support, the verdict is that it is unsalvageable. It is with a heavy heart I retrieve the packing boxes and pack it up for UPS to grab tomorrow. Also, check the processor cores against the Win11 update site, this machine is just barely underqualified, which, in conjunction with the Wi-fi issues is a dealbreaker. What is the value of a "gaming" machine that can't connect wirelessly, or upgrade to an OS that isn't being abandoned October 15th of this year?
