Performs very well overall.
I don't know if my next target will be a Block or not but if I try something else it will not be because this one hasn't performed well. In my group of hunting buddies this is the favorite target. Several of the other guys have targets that are cheaper that stop our arrows, over 320fps, but where the Block stands alone is the removal of the arrows is easier than it is with the cheaper targets. Good target overall, I don't have any complaints. After two seasons of shooting this target it looks like I am going to have it for many years.

Pretty good
I got the warehouse "used but in good shape" one that looks like it probably fell off the top shelf at the warehouse for the damage it has to the faces. I put about 20-25 arrows in it last night and only needed the arrow puller because I had gloves on. The only concern (not a detractor) is the material they used for the faces doesnt seem to be self-healing, it's more of a plastic coating so you leave big arrow holes in it and I'd imagine that you would need to repair this for target use LONG before the actual target would wear out.

Nice target, but...
I'm relatively new to archery since this is only my second target. I always wanted a Block target and couldn't pass up the Amazon price. The B18 represents a good size for backyard practice and does well stopping arrows from my compound bow shooting around 305fps. However, when slinging arrows out of my crossbow at 350fps, it barely stops short of the fletching. After sighting in the crossbow, I wanted to see where my broadheads hit. One penetrated all the way through the target and a second buried halfway up the fletching, which resulted in a dislodged insert and thirteen dollar broadhead. I had to cut a hole into the backside of the target to extract the insert and broadhead. The B18 worked well for stopping arrows slung from my compound bow, which was what I bought it for. My son and I have used this for about 9 months now and it is holding up well. However, if considering it for a crossbow target, you may be better served buying the crossbow version of this target or something else. Additionally, while easier than some other targets, arrow removal can be challenging. Particularly, if you're trying to remove three arrows close together. Overall, it's a good target that performs well for its intended purpose.

Smokin Deal, these LAST!!!!
Can't beat the value on this with a stick. Local shops sell these for $120.00, $88 shipped to my door was a steal. And they capture arrows like a block of concrete. I'm a buy-once cry once type of guy, and I have no idea why I went through 3 other targets ($30, $50, $80) before finally breaking down and buying a Block. If you haven't shot into these before, you will be pleasantly surprised. My hunting partners target was used by our group of 3-4 for almost 2 years now. They LAST!!!

like the original just better
this is the only block type target to use. the last one i purchased i still have. i just did not like the tan color. this is perfect for basement or outdoor shooting. the spots really stand out. easy arrow removal. worth every dime. my first block target i purchased 15+ years ago i gave it to my nephew it has thousands of shots in it and is still stopping arrows!!!

A must have
My friends and I all have theseen and we set them out to different distances. They take a ton of shots and easy to pull arrows out. Shooting 360 fps and never has this tipped over. Never had to prop it up! I'll buy again.... if I ever shoot it out!
