Solid, stable, versatile and well priced
The multi-grip bar is solid. I did not notice rough edges like previously mentioned by other reviewers. This things will never break and never fail. It is solid steel and weighs what it should weigh. The two rows of holes allow for many configurations. Connecting for example two cables for lats to a single-connect lat grip is easy and simple. The bar is also well balanced, which is important for equlibrium in the pull. Price is good.

Great for a Row or Lat Pulldown
Works like a charm for cable machines, if you want to experiment with hand-width placement. You will find all new muscles to hit!!

Simple tool, gets the job done.
I like this tool. It's handy, increases the number of exercises I can do in my home gym, allows me to keep my hands at a more comfortable angle. The metal is thick, looks strong (I'm only doing 85kg on the cable machine). Handles are strong and comfortable, so far. Worth the purchase if you need a greater range of back exercises for your home gym.
