Love the flavor, price seems a little high
Quick and easy. This is an enjoyable flavor and I use it a lot for many different things. Salads, pasta with a little bit of olive oil and even mashed potatoes etc. It is pretty versatile. As much as I like the flavor, it seems a hair expensive for the amount you get. I am still rating this very high because I like it a lot, but it goes pretty quick because the flavor you get popping a half a teaspoon in your mouth takes a lot of it to flavor a dinner in a salad or a pasta. It adds up quick and the container empty's quick. Nonetheless, taste top notch and I enjoy it.

I see you can't even buy it on their website, it's sold out everywhere. Its my favorite!! I really hope the company didn't go out of business. Everyone in my low sodium group will be disappointed too. :( We all loved it.

Tasty Dairy-Free
I’m dairy intolerant. Is this as good as real cheese? Honestly, no. But it’s a good substitute and tastier than most. So, if you can’t have the real thing, I recommend you give this a try.

Great Flavor, Not Like Cheese Though
I think that this is a great topping to replace other, animal-derived products. I am vegetarian, strictly. Trying to become full vegan, but I find it difficult to go entirely without cheese, 100% of the time. So I wanted to give this a try. I mostly use it to sprinkle on top of my salads and gluten-free pastas. While it DOES have a tasty, yummy-nutty flavor and color to it, it does NOT taste anything LIKE Parmesan. So, if you were hoping to find a Vegan-Parmesan substitute, this will not replicate that flavor or texture. It IS good though, if you are certainly trying to cut out meat, and are used to always sprinkling, let's say, "dried bacon bits" or the like on things. This stuff will provide a ton of protein this IS actually healthful, it has NO cholesterol, no dairy and, has a lot of essential vitamins and minerals since it is made from walnut flour, nutritional yeast and mild seasoning. I did think it was very pricey though: cost almost 10 times as much as the same amount of powdered grated Parmesan. If only more of us wanted things like this, and they made more on the market, then the price would eventually come down due to competition. Now, unfortunately, it is still a "low demand" , specialty item, and somewhat costlier to make. I like it OK. But, due to the cost, may not get it again.

good vegan choice
my DIL is vegan so when I do any food I try to keep that in mind. I was trying a new recipe for thanksgiving and it was one of the ingredients. Had to get it from Amazon and was glad to find it

I have used this product for years. delicious. great on pasta. and popcorn.

I like that the season is non dairy. I wish it would not have nuts though. There's people in my family that can't eat nuts because of allergies. The taste is good. I suggest to butter your popcorn so this product sticks. Otherwise all of it goes to the bottom of the bowl and is wasted. It's an okay product for a dairy free seasoning. I bought all three flavors. The garlic, original and bacon.

Delicious!
Love Parma and their nutritional yeast based parmesan. This bacon flavor adds so much to my dishes. My favorite is to use it with a pasta to bring it up a notch!
