Easy to use/ easy to clean
I love the simplicity of the device. Really easy to use and clean. I have a horrible flu like symptoms and it offer some relief.

got it for a family member with COPD who was having trouble clearing mucus and having subsequent coughing fits trying to clear up. He says it feels like it's helping separate the mucus and he's coughing less, and it was easy to clean and get started with.
