That's right. Common terminal, Normally Open and Normally Closed in terminal type.

Op and pt are not listed on the drawing: 1)what is the initial height of the roller from the mounting screw cl? 2) how much over-travel?

Is this for sliding glass doors to activate an air curtain?

Not sure how to attach to a sliding glass door. I used one on a hollow metal door and it worked as advertised.
