ASUS does NOT stand behind their products
I bought an ASUS notebook exactly 1 month ago. I opened it up the other day and the F10 key had come off and the plastic piece below the key was broken into 3 pieces. I called the ASUS support line and they told me that it is a physical damage and that I am responsible to pay for repairs. If that wasn't enough, they said i had to ship it back to them for repair. This part cannot be much more than 50 cents and I'm pretty darn sure I could snap a new one in myself. I rarely write reviews but I had to write this one because of the egregious lack of product support. I personally will never buy an ASUS product again and I would recommend the same for anyone thinking of buying one of their products. What a terribly company.

Missing flash drive as advertised rest all seems ok
I just received this laptop (it did arrive earlier by almost 5-6 days then originally estimated) packaging was good and charger was in orginal plastic wrap along seal(weird because I thought his piece was upgraded and hence opened for upgrade installation) nevermindThe screen colours are very very yellow - I am a photographer and have used every kind of laptop sofar from different brands as well as imac and this colours are very yellow (warm) I have to print and checkWill update after some usage and see if I get used to this screen or is it me ?!
