Does it have replaceable cleats?

The cleats are replaceable but they do not come with the extra cleats. They can be purchased separately.

Footjoy men's premiere series-packard golf shoe in white/white - my shoe size is 10.5 c (i.e. medium); if i order the 10.5 will that be c width?

I ordered an 11 and I have a narrow foot. Not sure if it's a C width, but must be a medium because mine fit great

This item did not come with a sole in the right shoe. How can I get that?

Contact the particular "seller", and have them correct the issue. Or, contact Amazon to issue a refund or exchange. If that seems too much work, contact FootJoy directly. Their customer service is amazing and I bet they will give you the sole for free.
