The installation was easy. The apperance is great. The mattress is really comfortable. A notable point, the cover is really easy to wash. delivery was on time . Price is responsible.

Excellent Buy. Good value for money.
Perfect fit. Great comfort.However, Set aside a day for the packaging smell to completely dissipate.I used Savlon Fabric Sanitizer spray to speed along the process & laid the mattress in the hall for over 5-6 hours before fitting it on the bed.

Best value for money mattress
I'm writing this review after 3 months of use.Initially, I was sceptical going with Sleephug, but took a chance looking at the cost & that turned out to be a great one!!!The mattress really has 3 layers with sufficient memory foam as top layer and the best cloth lining in its range...Very comfortable, soft yet firm with right balance.I had stopped using mattress for last 4 years due to back injury... This one supports my back really well.5 star truly deserved!!!

Amazing product at a great value
I have been using this mattress for a little over a week as of writing this review. I suffer from lower back pain due to an injury, and was a bit skeptical about the orthopaedic claims, but the results have been amazing. Waking up in the morning, I feel significantly reduced stiffness and pain. So it's a great product if you have these issues.Even for people without any issues, the mattress would provide great comfort, and it costs quite a bit less than brands like Wakefit. I don't know if the honeycomb shape of the cover has any effect, but it is soft and feels nice (but you'd put the bedsheet on anyway).So if you're in the market for buying a mattress, this is a great option.
