This stuff works! And it works well! I've been using this as part of my pre-workout for the last few weeks and yeah, you can notice the difference. It is so much cheaper than the brand name pre-mixed powders, you can achieve better results and tailor fit the amount to suit your needs or wants. Powder mixes cleanly and has practically no taste at all, a mild (and I do mean mild) sourish flavor which will be masked by anything you add it too if that has a flavor. Mixes very well! It pretty much disappears in water if you use that, but also mixes fine in juice, and with other powders you might be using as well. Price point is great!
