Providing 40 g sustained release protein and 40 g carbs per serving, in addition the 11.5 g BCAA and 5.3 g Leucine content make it the perfect recovery option for games and competition. For weights session split the servings and use as pre training feed and post training feed. Available in strawberry flavour in 2 kg pack.
