EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard Pro for Windows (always actual Version)

I received this product on the date advised, however, when attempting to load the language on the disk was in German.not English as required. I do not speak or read German and could not find how to convert to English.

This is german all instrutions all menus are in german and it does not display drive names or letters

Bought this software after accidentally deleting a folder on windows 10. Bought this software, but it could not find the deleted folder on the C:\ drive. So i asked for a refund and they refuse saying that because i subsequently restored files to the same drive,i invalidated the money back warranty. Scam. Avoid.
