I was looking for a plastic wallet folder to put Ancestry documents in & this folder is perfect. The plastic sleeves are very good quality & the fact it is fireproof / waterproof is an added bonus. I reordered another as I was impressed with the quality & pricing that much.

I ordered this product, as I was looking for something that could hold A4 documents, whilst keeping them looking fresh, neat and protected. I was drawn towards this product, as it has 30 sleeves, meaning you can have up to 60 documents on show. Furthermore, the folder itself looked robust and durable, which is important.Upon receiving the item, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality, but also the relatively compact nature of the folder, considering that it is durable and provides access to 60 documents. Additionally, with both inserts in the spine and on the front, it would be very easy to label this folder up, as you need.Having used the folder for a while now, it fits easily in my bag, and does not take up too much space, whilst also preserving documents and keeping them secure and safe. I would not be worried about having to carry this folder in the rain or bad weather, as it seems to keep paper really protected.What drops this review down is the price, as at the time of writing this, the folder was listed for £22.09, which I just feel is a bit much to ask for a product like this. Whilst it does seem durable, I would expect to see this kind of product retailing for less than this, perhaps even half. So whilst it does seem durable, I'm not sure if it is the most cost effective option.

This folder is exactly what you'd expect - good quality and works perfectly well. The front is padded and has little inserts on the front and side for labels and even comes with a couple spare which is handy. There is two zips which make things easier when opening and closing depending on the direction you decide. The zips feel super solid with no issues accessing the folder and the pages inside.I personally will be using this as a technical manual for important documents that I want to regularly access, I can't comment on the fireproof aspect but I feel safer knowing that it is potentially protected incase of a fire. The plastic sheets within the inside of the folder are really good quality and are the right balance between being too hard or too soft.I think this has been thought about and I didn't realise how useful something like this is until I actually got it. I think if you're like me and like things organised and in a safe place then this is 100% something for you. Overall I am fairly impressed with no issues using this so far so this is highly recommended.

This folder, looks really good, the front is a bit padded and has inserts for a title card at the front and one on the side. It is a plastic pocket and you just slide in the card to help identify the correct folder, a nice touch.There are two zips that fold round to meet each other, the zips feel solid and pretty good quality with no issues opening up the folder.Inside are 30 plastic sheets for you to slot documents, certificates in etc and these can go back to back so you can fit in 60 in total. You can't add to this number and everything is securely stitched in, the plastic wallets feel robust though and good quality. They have a shiny sheen. However they don't seem to stick together, even when the weather is hot and they are easy to flick through. They are fairly thick plastic and don't feel flimsy at all.This is a well made and thought out folder, it looks good and is a great way to display documents. We are going to be using it to display and store things my daughter had done at nursery to keep and record and for that its perfect but it would also work for certificates or use in an office as it is understated and looks professional.

Used this for all of our important documents to keep them safe and together. I just wish the page protectors were removable and you could add more to it.

This fireproof binder is a great idea! It can protect your important documents in case of a fire, theft, or any other instance where you need to keep your paperwork safe. As someone else pointed out, a break in is devastating so why not prepare ahead of time. No criminal is going to see a normal black binder and think about stealing it. It's a hassle to get all of your documents back if they're stolen. So, protecting them in this binder is a great idea, in my opinion. I have our marriage license, copies of insurance, license, and more documents in this binder. I do wish that I could add additional plastic cover sheets to the binder, but I can't since they're sewn in. However, at the same time, it's a great idea to secure them to the binder. I'll end up getting one of these for my Grammy too. You can never be too safe and prepare for anything bad that may or may not happen.

I was looking for a fireproof safe for passports, Medicare cards and any other important documents that you should keep at home and not keep in a safe deposit box. But why a safe? "Fireproof" is the important characteristic. A safe would be attractive to a burglar. Just take the safe and break it open elsewhere.Instead, why not use a (fireproof) binder? Keep it on a bookshelf. It won't make an attractive target for burglars.You may be thinking "a bookshelf? A made of wood, along with lots of paper? Wouldn't that be a poor place to keep papers, even if they are in a fireproof binder?" But wood and paper are fuel. If you remember your fire triangle, you need fuel, heat, and air (or oxygen). If the bookshelf is packed with books, there is very poor air circulation. Books may be burned along the edges (and ruined), but paper toward the inside of the book will be preserved. So a fireproof binder on a packed bookshelf should dodge a burglar and keep papers safe.I have pretty much talked myself into this being an excellent idea. My reservations are the fabric around the zipper (I don't know how fire resistant it is) and the plastic sheets inside (would the plastic melt at high heat). I think it's ... going to be alright.By the way, the merchant points out that the "This art portfolio binder 8.5x11 is Non-Refillable" because the plastic sheets are sewn into the spine. I rather wish they weren't, since I am looking for simple safe storage.

I am very happy with this binder!!! I ordered it to store my advance care planning paperwork, birth certificates, copies of a will, car titles, and several other important documents. It's well made, fits on my bookshelf perfectly, and appears it will hold up. Being fireproof was extremely important. I would recommend this book to others.
