The right amount of tenderness and heat and that little bit of intrigue and suspense.

It’s definitely a fun, all the feels, and feel-good type of morally gray plot.🤩 This book totally did it for me! Just when I needed it most. 🙌🏻🤩 The beginning of the school year is exhausting and hard to focus on anything but getting back in the routine. I tried a few different books and just wasn’t getting captivated. I was nervous that nothing would capture my attention, maybe having my first ever slump. 😳🤩 I was not in a slump, just a back-to-school crater, and this beauty of a book totally pulled me out. 🤗🤩 Delicious, descriptive, and deliciously descriptive. You might need cake and cookies or at least a little buttercream frosting to go with all the beautiful places this book takes you and experiences it gives. 🍰 🧁 🍪🤩 Fabulous enemies-to-lovers type banter and tension between Dante and Brianna. 🌶️🤩 The pull of irresistible desire. 🥵🤩 I smiled, smirked, giggled, and laughed out loud so much—it filled my romcom loving heart.🤩 When Brianna finally wants to frolic! ❤️‍🔥🤩 It’s not just a romcom (for anybody worried about trying a romcom). It’s so much more—strong love and longing. I bawled at least twice—who knew I’d get attached to a morally gray art collector and his introverted yet sassy and strong baker?! 🥰What I’m Wishing/Dizzy About:💫 I’m not sure about Little Bee. It is fitting in lots of ways for this story, but it isn’t my favorite nickname only because it didn’t add to the fabulous lusty feels for me (not that this book needs any added). I definitely prefer the couple of times Dante calls her baby instead. 🐝
