Value and Construction quality, lifespan
I work on concrete floors, 15-30k steps per day, so I go through shoes like crazy! This FuelCell Propel V4 fits great and lasts as long as some of the more expensive Brooks and Hoka models while providing a better value. {size 11ee) They feel light and comfortable while having a breathable upper material - no safety protection but if that is not a concern these are a great choice for a work shoe.

No pain!
They just arrived and I put them on and like WOW! I can walk without pain all of a sudden like magic!Time will tell as they say, but Ive battled plantar faciitis in my left heel for some time and ice, massage didn't help and it was getting worse because I have to stand on hard concrete and walk aroud a LOT at work.I did some googling on things to help, one was the right shoes, so that started a search for the best shoes designed for this problem and I was met with shoes from like $20 to $300, I decided on this pair @ around $92, cringing because I never spent more than maybe $39 for shoes in my life, but I put these on and it's like stepping on little coil springs as you walk, real cushioned, we'll see how they work and how they hold up over time.

Soft and springy (in a good way)
Love how comfy yet confident these shoes are. Only con are thin cheap laces and not much traction on wet surfaces.

SOOO MUCH BETTER THAN THE V3
If you like some padding underfoot, the Propel V4 is the ticket. The V3s were very uncomfortable in comparison. Flat and hard. These feel more like my FuelCell SuperComp trainers, just a little shorter and more practical for day-to-day use. The V3s will tempt you with a cheaper price, but it ain’t worth it!

Wide is not a true 2E wide width, also "Upper features no-sew construction " = Not true
I just wish shoe companies would be consistent. I have some fresh foam 2E wide shoes and they are like clown shoes. These same widths, same company, fit like a large size medium shoe. Just mindblowing how different the sizes from the same company with the same width can be. So much so, that neither one fits well. Also, I envisioned no- Sew to mean, one-piece upper including the tongue. Well, the tongue has a huge sewen in area and rides on top of my upper toes. Not too comfy for a {no sew upper")

did not feel balanced
The shoe is well made but in my proper size it did not feel comfortable. The sole felt too narrow for the width of the shoe.I returned them.
