The Openreach front cover with filter failed, causing no phone line, so purchased the micro filter. Easy to fit with MK4 Openreach cover removed. Worked perfectly with no reduction in broadband speed. Phone then worked normally.

These ADSL Micro Filters seem to work satisfactorily. They were bought to replace some older ones to troubleshoot a slow broadband problem.

It does what it supposed to do and very good at it

Our Broadband is so slow, even the old fashioned Dial up was quicker! It is an absolute nightmare at a grand speed of 1.9Mbs! This piece of kit was pretty cheap so we didn't expect much. It was incredibly easy to fit & within minutes, it actually had worked. Okay, it's still not the fastest but it has taken the speed up to a heady 3.8 Mbs! Wow...pretty damn impressed, I must say. So, if you think your Broadband could do with a bit of a kick up the bum, you've got nothing to lose by getting one.

Value for money and does the job nicely for our broadband

Tried the I plate to try and get another Mb out of my internet connection. It's now been a month and, Although I haven't noticed a speed increase, the I-plate has certaintly helped the reliability of my connection :DMy connection used to drop out on a daily basis, now only drops out about once a week :DSo it's something, but not what I was hoping for... Still, for the price I paid, it was worth a try
