I really like these little pens and found many people appreciate the thought. People who work with the public are often verbally abused by those who they attempt to help. We all have bad days and may take it out on someone trying to do their job. When that happens, a small inexpensive gift makes a world of difference. I love these pens but I gave them 3 stars because they are cheaper than I expected. I added these to thank you cards. Good value for the money, just flimsier than expected. It allowed me to give a small token of appreciation along with the cards for not much money, they were just a little cheap, they seemed like they would snap in two easily
