Aqua Della Five-Way Jungle Aquarium-Waterfall

Not very happy with it at all.. It come with no plastic air tube to fit the pumps to the tube's in the back so had to go and buy the plastic tube - you need 4 plastic air tube so had to buy 6m so it had 1.5m each one. The plug is not a uk plug so had to spend more money getting the adapter for both pumps - you get a very small amount of sand so had to order more sand to.. after buying everything i needed to get it to work i would say stay way from this because it don't flow right - the two sides falls don't really work and the sand you get from them just don't break up easy so just blocks the tubes all the time. i get about 2-3 days then one of the tubes will block up - the bubbles from the air tubes are very noisy when hitting top of the water and if you turn the air down the sand just blocks up and will stop coming out . I give it 1 star because the look is very good and if you spend more money and get a power pump it would not be so loud and would work right but again you will need to spend more money on it :-( - i would just pass on this item they are alot better ones then this model

I purchased this sand waterfall,It is a nice structure for a large aquarium,which I have,The plants look real and I have added more of my own, and the falls are a nice gradient down.However,here they are useing an air pump for lift which gives to much surface bubbling and noise,so I modified my one to take a small water pump with the home made one way (T) piece to stop sand going into the pump,View-able on YouTube.Then I opend up the holes at the bottom of the falls so the sand could fall through to a sand catching dish,to be recycled back up to the top,I used 3 (Y) shaped connectors on my plastic tubing to enable to get 4 outlets back to the top of the falls from the (one) outlet you have from the pump (power head).Now I am happy with it,If I was to be picky It would have been even better if it was not square looking and a bit higher as large aquariums are higher.and something to stop fish going around the back of it without the need to silicone it to the back,Then it would be perfect,But happy to give it 4 stars and do my own (MODS), Mike.
