This plastic access panel is well made and fits neatly once installed. The opening flap works smoothly and provides easy access for inspection or maintenance, while the white finish looks clean and unobtrusive on the wall or ceiling. Installation was straightforward and the panel feels solid rather than flimsy. It opens and closes securely and does exactly what it’s designed to do. Overall, a simple but high-quality access hatch that offers excellent value.

It's very good, makes the final finish look very neat and tidy.

Having found a damp patch in a flat's ceiling due to a leak in the roof, I wanted something that would allow continued escape of water, protecting the ceiling, but could be simply closed by the flat-owner once the building owner had attended to the leak and everything had dried out. This can do the job. The hole created is (fortunately) within a wardrobe, so the appearance of the access panel is acceptable and would allow for future inspection as needed. It would be much less satisfactory if on view within the room. It's obviously 'cheap', fairly thin plastic but should be OK as it will be rarely opened or closed.

Excellent, easy to install just what I needed. Installed in larder unit which had twin plug socket behind but was covered during kitchen refit. Has enable them to be brought back into use. Looks neat.

Bought this to provide access to the boiler pipes which the builder boarded up and he was happy with it. Update: did my annual boiler service and the engineer and to use a tool to open it. So the opening and closing mechanism is actually not great but you can use a sharp tool to get it open.
