we had a ton of fun with this tie-dye kit at our hippie birthday party, everybody enjoyed making t-shirts. the only negative is that you're supposed to put the shirts into plastic bags and leave them for about 24 hours before you rinse them out otherwise the colors are lighter more pastel but still very pretty, we did leave ours for a little while and then rinse them cuz we wanted to do it at the party so most of our colors were pastel so that's the only thing I think that's a negative is that you kind of got to wait a day before you can really see the bright results, and it doesn't have enough bags for all the shirts we did so we you want to add some plastic ziplocs to put your shirts in to cure so to speak. but really a super fun kit and I highly recommend it it came with lots of colors lots of rubber bands and I actually have enough left over to do a whole other party if I want to and we made at least 15 shirts so it goes a long way.

Followed all instructions and dye does not take. As soon as the fabric is rinsed, the dye washes COMPLETELY out!! ZERO dye left behind. Next try I made it more concentrated and let sit for 24 hours. Upon rinsing, ALL the color was again washed out leaving the fabric completely white again! Food stains better than these colors. Very frustrated. No link to contact seller with concerns. Waste of money and time and no time to do something else before girls leave for girls camp. :(

This purchase gives you instructions on different styles. Worked great. I made 8 shirts using the ice method. I could have done 12 or more with adding liquid to the bottles.
