Awesome Workout - Great quality

Heavy duty ropes provide for a fast and quick workout. The workouts are fast because it is difficult to do them for more than a few minutes without collapsing in agony. Many have come to my house to try them. Even the best conditioned athletes get wped out within 3 or 4 minutes. If done correctly, battling ropes are a phenomenol workout.There are plenty of good "how to" videos on you tube for instruction. The ropes are very well made and seem like they will last a long time. I have had them for several months and use them on a concrete basketball court. So far - no problems
