Excellent visual
I purchased several copies of this chart for use in classes on stress management and wellness. Students quickly get a clear picture of the impact to their health with chronic stress. Thank you for making the stages of vagus nerve arousal easy to understand with clear visuals.

Nice visual
This works well as a guide to show my therapy clients how their nervous systems are reacting.

Detailed explanations
This is laminated. The graphics are helpful for clinicians. It provides an in depth explanation of all the various stages of central nervous system regulation/dysregulation. The only downfall is that it isn’t great for teaching clients about the CNS because it has a message for clinicians at the bottom that could potentially make clients feel less safe sharing trauma because it could negatively effect therapist. Please see picture.

Autonomic nervous system
I have autonomic neuropathy disorder. My specialist does her tests every time I see her . She doesn’t have the time to fully explain this impact on my life. My new therapist has this chart and when I found it I questioned her knowledge and understanding of it. It’s her favorite visual aide. When I got mine because of lack of concentration due to brain surgeries couldn’t keep me up with the chart. My specialist loves it and I told my therapist she just earned 100 brownie points.

Extremely useful for quick assessment and explanation
This card is extremely useful for quick assessment and explanation of the different states of activation. Helpful for students, therapists, and clients. I think larger print would have been better, other than that, an excellent tool.

I’ve bought several and given them to colleagues.
I love this chart! I use it with clients as a teaching tool for how the nervous system gets hijacked under stress. When I’ve shown colleagues, they’ve appreciated how the info is color coded and organized.

Will probably be more beneficial once we get a diagnosis
I believe it is more for a professional in the field. It's out of context compared to the other material that I bought on the same topic
