I installed this in my 3 year old kid’s room, to replace the original light and lampshade combo, which was casting a ‘ghost’ shadow on the ceiling due to the nightlight that just HAS to stay on all night, and causing his overactive imagination to drive him to wander into my room several times a night, to tell me about the ghost on his ceiling! Does anyone else have such issues!? No!? Just me then. Well, now the ghost has been replaced by some stars, and calm has been restored. Ghostbusters, eat your heart out! I also replaced the light switch with a smart switch, because my son can’t quite reach to turn on the lights, so now if the boy gets a little scared, he can demand Alexa turns the stars on. All in all, the lights provide a good level of lighting, that can be changed by switching them on then off quickly, then on again. The light will change from a bright cool colour to a less bright colour, then if you switch on, off then on again, you will have a softer, warmer colour. The installation was simple enough for someone who knows a little about electrical wiring. I highly recommend this product because it is perfect for a child’s bedroom, and looks great.

Good light and feels well made, needs dome assembly but not difficult. Looks great in my granddaughters bedroom and i like being ablt to change the light tone which i had to work out myself as the instructions dont even mention (quickly switch the light on and off and it changes with three different tones) would be great if it was dimmable aswell.

These are beautifull and some how easy to install. They are very strong (bright), so we do need an extra lamp on my toddler's room for when we want the light to be weaker (for the night routine) as this one is very very strong. But I am absolutely happy with that, looks amazing in my toddler's room.

I deliberately purchased the version of the light fitting that had 3000k, 4000k and I believe 6000k settings so I could choose between bright white, warm white etc. Even thought the packaging confirms my selection the actual footing is not adjustable. Quality of the fitting isn’t great either, with one fixing screw with a stripped thread, so wouldn’t buy again.

When installed the fuse box started making noises and then after few days the light stopped working

Lovely light. I'm not sure what the point is of it being three colours because you can't change this. It is rather bright without being able to change the colour.
