The order arrived in a timely manner and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow
Our jetted tub had not been cleaned at all and had developed a lot of brown sludgy flakes, even when the jet was not being used. I was not sure how to clean it so after a lot of research I found this product and ordered it. The order arrived in a timely manner and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. This system uses two packets of dry chemical. The first one is poured into a full tub of hot water and is circulated and then the second chemical is added to it. It has some chemical smell while cleaning but not strong to require open windows or other ventilation. It cleaned our tub in one application which was surprising to me and did not leave any scum or deposit on the tub. I now use this product about every three months but we don't use the jets very often. If you do use the jets, it would require more frequent applications. I would highly recommend this product.

This product has been around for a long time....because it works!
A good product for the money & works well. Nothing to do but drop the 2 individual pacs into the water in the proper sequence & get a clean jacuzzi that looks brand new. Of course jacuzzis take a high water level of warm water to do a cleaning & your hot water might take a while to recover, but you don't need to do a cleaning very often. I do mine maybe once or twice a year & use my jacuzzi as a regular bathtub. My husband used to prefer a shower but after he sat in hot water in our jacuzzi he started preferring baths cause he had plenty of room. Good for low back pain.

Worked as directed on nox
Bought a house with Jacuzzi branded tub, not sure if previous owners cleaned tub or how often. Tried this product last year, nothing much happened because maybe tub was clean. So we’ve been using it for another year on & off, decided to clean it again. Works as per box instructions, tub seemed clean & ok. We always shower before going in tub. No unpleasant odor ( slight smell of chlorine). Tun clean & ready to use. PS: filling tub for 1st packet, turned on jets, forgot tub was still filling. Oops. No problem but it foamed up quite a bit. 2nd rinsing no problem.

Product arrived in unusable condition (possibly sent to me expired)
I've purchased this product in the past, from the same source, without issue. However, the most recent version arrived in an unusable condition. The product within each package should be like powder/grain and easily poured into your tub while running your system. This was the case with all previous purchases of this product. However, this time, the #1 packet contained large chunks of the product and all of the #2 packets are solid. I don't know the reason for this (could be expired but there is not expiration date...just the 2017 date for copyright)....it was unusable. I attempted to use the product despite it being a solid block, but this was not possible. The first packet seemed to work ok despite the larger clumps, but the ingredients in the second packet were 'merged' with the paper&silver packaging and couldn't be separated...so it's unusable without, maybe, putting the whole packet in...but that would harm the tub. I attempted to return the product, but Amazon won't allow for returns with this product. If you can, purchase from another source.
