Organic Black Chia Seeds, 15 Ounce

These little seeds are awesome and great for you. I put them in yogurt and I love the texture. They are a healthy way to get omega three fatty acids. I only use one tablespoon per serving to keep the calories down but they are priced perfectly for the amount I use and they stay fresh which is important. I like the resealable bag as well.

Good value and high quality. Each day I add a close to a tablespoon to an equal amount of olive oil and then sprinkle in a tiny bit of cayenne pepper. I have been making this chia health drink for years and have tried many brands of chia seeds. I would highly recommend this brand.
