I've only taken one trip with it so far but it did great, inside is well thought out and it functioned great .

The aluminum hard case with approved TSA lock was a joy to use. The configurable TSA lock was great once I figured out how to change the default "0-0-0". Note on the manufacturer's instructions: the button referred to in the instructions is on the INSIDE of the case, on the other side of the edge that has the TSA lock.The wheels are sleek and a breeze to walk around with. In addition, the built in coffee/cup holder was convenient as were the hooks on the side of the case. I didn't realize that I needed the wide handle until I had one. Genius!Lastly, the zipperless case felt secure and provided an added level of safety from others who would try to break into your case through the zipper. Great purchase overall.

I rate this 20 inch luggage as 5 stars simply because it's the best piece of luggage I currently own. This suitcase addresses the 3 main areas that are important to me: waterproof, built-in lock, overall quality. 1) It appears to be completely waterproof, so I shouldn't run into the issue of wet contents in case it comes in contact with rain. 2) It has a built-in lock system, which is also incorporated into the zipper-less exterior. This is the best feature I didn't know I needed! It is so convenient and such a joy not having to fight with zippers to open or close it. 3) Granted I have not gotten to take this on a trip yet, it looks to be made with quality and the details are thoughtfully designed. The organizational options are amazing, the outer shell is strong, the handles are solid and comfortable, and it glides with little effort.

Awesome quality with all the necessary extras, like cup holder, bag holder and it rolls easily on carpet.

i purchase the 20'/24' set but have not had the chance to use them yet. they look very pretty just like the pictures. the materials are pretty lightweight but not that sturdy. i doubt they'll be able to stay in one piece after one throw but we shall see about that.i really like the TSA approved combination lock on the luggage. now i won't have to worry about zippers being stuck. it was also easy to reset to a new code.i will come back for an update after a couple of months.
