I was really hoping these would be uncoated. I even emailed the company to confirm and they said no coating. They are actually silicone coated.

I like these, jut wish I knew how too measure, as the sheets are too big for my pans. Waste of paper when I cut them to fit.

We use these a LOT and have bought this brand the past several times we've needed to reorder. Use mainly for cookies and pizza but have also used for oven baked bacon, roasted veggies and more. Never had any issues. The 12x16 are just shy of the cookies sheets size we have but not enough to cause any problems thus far. Will keep buying this brand!

These are sized perfectly for the bottom only of a half sheet pan. They are just right for most applications and saves time and paper over a roll.
