Damage
I was highly disappointed with the quality control of this product. Upon opening the cap, the roll-on applicator ball was clearly defective. There is visible residue around the edges of the applicator, and the ball appears to be completely immobile, making the product impossible to apply as intended. It looks like it either failed during manufacturing or was damaged before packaging.
