This is a rebranded kospet tank x1. I was hesitant about buying as I have small wrists but I must say the fit is excellent... It's just the right size. About 2 days of continuous use & the battery is @73% which I'm pleasently surprised to see. So far the accuracy of the various functions appear to be good. The blood pressure readings are right in the ball park of what mine are historically and my walking route which is a known distance is right on the money. What blows me away is the sleep function. I typically sleep about 6 hours a night and it tracked that time and broke down all the different sleep cycles which I don't know how that works but it's fascinating and I took a nap during the day and it actually tracked that as well. This is an amazing piece of technology. It paired to my OnePlus7T without a hitch & I get notices for txt messages and other info. At this point I couldn't be happier.UPDATE: I've been using this exclusively since I purchased & the one thing I noticed is that although the sports data crosses over to the phone the one item that doesn't cross over to the watch unless you invoke refresh from the phone is the weather info which is somewhat disappointing. What's the point of even having it on the watch if you need to pull your phone to check it. Perhaps the software will address this in a future update..... But I kind of doubt it.I reached out to support thinking I didn't have something enabled & was told the app doesn't update the weather. I still give the watch a 5 star overall rating.2nd UPDATE: 5/2024The band failed in less than a year & while manufacturer (kospet) has done nothing to address the issue AMAZTIM has stepped up & sent a replacement watch as the band is not available for this particular model. This Company stands behind what they sell despite the manufacturer (kospet) refusal to address what should have been a very easy remedy.

This product is nothing short of a complete disaster, and I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to look elsewhere.Accuracy IssuesFirst and foremost, the accuracy of this fitness tracker is poor at best. From tracking steps to monitoring heart rate, the device consistently provided inaccurate and unreliable data. As someone who relies on precise metrics to monitor my health and fitness progress, the Tank X1's failure in this area is unacceptable.Durability ProblemsThe device didn't even last nine months before the waist band disintegrated. It broke in three separate locations, rendering the tracker unwearable. The fact that a fitness tracker cannot withstand less than a year of regular use speaks volumes about the low-quality materials and construction.Lack of support or Replacement BandsTo add insult to injury, finding a replacement band is impossible. Without the ability to replace the broken band, the tracker becomes utterly useless. This lack of available parts is a significant oversight and shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.Nonexistent Customer SupportThe cherry on top of this disastrous experience is the nonexistent customer support. Attempting to contact their support team is an exercise in futility; their "Contact Us" form doesn't even submit. It's clear that AMAZTIM has no interest in providing post-purchase support or addressing the issues faced by their customers.Final Warning!In summary, the AMAZTIM Fitness Tracker Tank X1 is a piece of garbage. Its poor accuracy, lack of durability, unavailability of replacement parts, and abysmal customer support make it a regrettable purchase. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this product and any other brands that look like it. Seems very good for the price, but I have only had this for a few days, so I am only able to give 4 Stars at this point... that may change +/- after a few weeks of use. Set-up was easy through the phone app, (ya gotta have the app to use all of the functions), but it uses the battery 24/7 since it is always running in the background (I'm using with Samsung S23 Ultra). O2 Sat is fairly accurate, as is Heart Rate... but Blood Pressure is not very accurate. Gonna keep an eye on the Exercise modes, Step Counter and Sleep Monitor for awhile to determine if it's worth using 24/7. No issues with seller... in fact they contacted me the day after it was shipped, so I would rate them pretty high. more to come later...

I bought this smart watch in October of '23 and loved it. Long battery life, decent accuracy on sleep tracking/HR monitoring/step count but the band broke in May of '24 and there are no replacements available! The manufacturer (Kospet) doesn't answer their Chat function and supprot is no where else to be found. You can get replacement bands for the M1 and S1 versions so if you are ok with those styles I guess it would be an ok purchase. DON'T buy the X1!!Updated 5-16-2024: Increased my review to 3 starts because Kospet did reach out to me and try to resolve the issue. They offered to replace the watch or refund my money. Since a new band is not available I was concerned a new watch would put me back in the same place in 6 months so I went with a refund.Updated 6-6-2024 to 5 Stars for service levels from Kospet. They continued to work with me to find a new band for the watch I did purchase which was very helpful. We ultimately couldn't find one but I really appreciate the effort! I would still suggest not buying the X-1 as you can't find a new band for it, but if you buy the M-1 you can feel comfortable buying it from these guys.
