I’ve purchased this toothpaste four times after trying many other brands, and it has become my go-to toothpaste. I really like the pleasant mint flavor, smooth texture, and how clean my teeth feel after brushing. Unlike some toothpaste brands that can be harsh or leave an aftertaste, this one is gentle and refreshing. Over time, I noticed my teeth looking brighter, and it has worked well for my sensitive teeth. I also appreciate that it contains nano-hydroxyapatite instead of fluoride, which was one of the reasons I decided to try it in the first place. It costs a little more than traditional toothpaste, but for me the quality, taste, and results make it worth the extra expense. I’ll continue buying it.

Really impressed with the Boka Fluoride Free Toothpaste. It has a clean, refreshing mint flavor without being overpowering, and it feels much gentler on sensitive teeth than other toothpastes I’ve tried. My teeth feel smooth and clean after using it, and I like that the ingredients are simple and fluoride free. Definitely something I’ll keep repurchasing.

I’ve tried many natural toothpastes, and this one quickly became a favorite. The texture feels smooth, and my teeth feel really clean after brushing. Great product definitely works better than your traditional fluoride or fluoride free toothpaste it actually combats plaque and strengthens the enamel of your teeth I have physically and visibly seen the difference not just in my teeth but gums. Tastes great cleans well clean ingredients the only downside is it's unfortunately very pricey and if you're buying for not just yourself but a family it can start to add up fast just something to consider before purchasing. I love the tube and cap design it's gentle on your gums and teeth and it has good ingredients making the minty flavor taste more natural rather than a synthetic mint flavor and this product actually whitens your teeth. keep in mind that this isn't a replacement for teeth whitening treatments and it's also not a replacement for good dental hygiene like flossing/brushing multiple times a day. If your suffering from serious Dental issues this will not cure it but it is an excellent alternative to fluoride toothpaste that provide little to no benefit for your actual oral and overall dental health. The reason for four not five stars is because of the price I think if they could continue making the same product got the same level of quality for a little less money it would be a five-star item

I was immediately convinced this would work due to its ingredients, I had a previous filling fallout. So I immediately requested he apply another filling while I was getting some other dental work done, and the dentist said there was no rush to install, A new filling, showed me a picture. It looked great still white no cavities. It has more chlorine than a swimming pool, calcium lead, and other harsh chemicals that will take away the layer it’s going to build always use bottled water and do not rinse this toothpaste out of your mouth. Let it settle in and pack it into your molars and in between your teeth,it was completely healed and no sensitivity to sugar, hot or cold, it tastes great, and the fluoride free is the only way to go fluoride will destroy your tooth enamel, I gave the other two tubes to my kids and they love it, I am looking forward to less dental appointments for sure!!!!!

I bought this because it's popular in other countries like Japan. America is so behind using fluoride, when it's been proven to cause pituitary gland problems. If you're looking for a fluoride-free toothpaste look no further. It works well, you just unscrew and apply to your brush. Pro tip: use a sonic toothbrush and glide on your teeth at a 45° angle. Using this toothpaste for months, 2 minutes twice a day, has made my teeth visibly whiter. The flavor is not super strong, so it's suitable for kids and really anyone. Super easy and simple to use, it works like regular toothpaste. Smells minty, it's fluoride-free, and medium sized. It'll last me about 2 months, which I find worth it.

I actually love this toothpaste. It is a light mint flavor, a little goes a long way, and it foams just enough to coat your teeth well vs the other brand I tried. Plus huge bonus- my teeth sensitivity is way less now and lies somewhere between minimal and nonexistent. I still use my regular toothpaste once a day and this one 1-2x a day, as I wasn’t sure if this would prevent cavities enough. I did NOT have cavities when I went to the dentist this time. I’m not saying this definitely prevented it, but that is a good sign to me.

** trying to buy again - where has this Flavour gone? 33.00??!! ** Super happy with this toothpaste so far. I am on a mission to heal my teeth/ gums: realising i have some gum recession/ weakness thinness at end of top front teeth. Happy that the taste is subtle, natural, mostly lemony and always look for a non-mint taste toothpaste. I'm combining using this toothpaste with also 1) an upgrade in my toothbrush (I now have an Oral B battery operated Toothbrush - the head is soft/med and the pulse on my gums is feeling helpful) - this battery brush is a significant upgrade to the one i was using from Boots which didn't give a pulse on/ massage to the gums and head had less contact with tooth/ was harder 2) a morning and evening practice of Oil Pulling with coconut oil and 1x drop of grapefruit essential oil organic. 3) a mouth rinse either homemade with pink salt/ celtic salt/ bicarb soda OR the Saraken/ Aloe mouth rinse. I've been with this routine for around 3 weeks now and already gums are much pinker, not bleeding (I feel this is mostly the oil pulling which i do for 10 - 20 mins 2x a day). And, i'm able to massage the gums with this new brush/ this toothpaste without any bleeding/ sensitivity. My teeth a feeling less sensitive and stronger. I'm also seeing the dentist/ hygienist to explore possible more 'cosmetic' composite filling for the teeth with exposed roots - possible invisalign treatment to make brushing easier (teeth a crowding together at the bottom - as they did when i had braces as a young girl/ woman). Toothpaste is pricey - the most i've spent on a toothpaste! - and so maybe i will combine this with making-up a toothpaste myself e.g. coconut oil/ bicarb soda sometimes or other toothpaste. And, do feel money well spent at the moment. Thank you to other reviews - the reviews re: the subtle taste and less tooth sensitivity helped me decide to buy. Only problem is it does taste so good need to make sure don't over brush my teeth!

No fluoride and the taste in mouth is not bad. I saw results in a month's time of using it. Recommended!
