My husband's neurologist recommended this supplement and I started taking it, too. Small, easy-to swallow capsules with no turmeric aftertaste.

I have some arthritis in my knee and also carpal tunnel symptoms. I’ve been taking these for about a month, just once a day in the evening. I find the biggest benefit for me has been improved sleep, which some reviewers mentioned. My carpal tunnel is still sometimes an issue if I’ve done a lot during the day, I will still wake with some tingling and numbness of my right arm but looking back over the month I feel like the pain and numbness been much reduced. I wanted to start with just 1 per day for a while but I think I’ll try bumping it up to twice daily. My left knee has been much much better. There’s less swelling after long walks and I’ve even been able to start adding some short amounts of running into my walks which is huge for me.This brand was one recommended by Chris Kresser who has recommended some awesome products. This is one supplement I’ve been taking religiously since I noticed a difference right away even though most supplements take a month or longer to make a difference. I really feel the improvement in sleep quality is my biggest win. Recommended dose is 1 capsule up to twice daily. But be careful and talk to your doctor if you have any bleeding issues or take blood thinners or other meds. Curcumin does have a blood thinning affect.

As someone with a background in vitamins, I'm always leary of what vitamin companies and brands I purchase from. I love natural factors because they're a Canadian based company. And Canada regulates their vitamins, unlike we do here in the US.This is the only turmeric worth getting. Your body doesn't naturally absorb tumeric and so it needs to be helped. Some companies use black pepper to irritate you're tummy to better help you absorb it. But with this product, it's ground up so small that you actually can absorb it. There was a study done with this and other tumeric supplements in the space ans this was the only one to full absorb in water. I recommend it to anyone actually wanting to benefit from the anti inflammatory properties or tumeric.

My husband daily takes the supplement for the ladt 90 days. He says it does not give him ill side effects. He believes it contributes to some mental clarity aling with the factor he changed to a healthier lifestyle. The primary reason he uses the brand because it is more easily absorbed in the body than other brands. We did not receive anything for our review.

I take one capsule in te morning and one before bed and get great results.

Plain and simple... This stuff works. I have read about all of the science behind it and there are mixed reviews and theories about why it does or does not work. The theory is that the nano micronization of this product will allow it to absorb much better at much smaller dosages. That is a plausible theory but it is not proven. The only way to know is trying it out for yourself. So... in actually trying it out myself I can say from personal experience that for me this product works better than any other turmeric or curcumin on the market. Inflammation is down, immune system is definitely up (I avoided a virus that my entire family had), cognitive benefits are noticeable, and I have experienced no digestive troubles at all because the product is made water soluble (though it is still wise to take it with meals). I truly can tell a difference on the days that I don't take this product and the days that I do. Overall I would give this product five stars because it clearly works well for me.(Note: I am not a doctor and so no medical advice is intended in this review or any others that I have written.)
