Q: Does the connector fit an angle grinder or an orbital sander, or does it work with borh? Thanks in advance.

This would work with an angle grinder if your arbor fitting on the angle grinder will accept an 0.3 inch or 8 mm shank.

Q: I want to use these for stone polishing, can these be used with my Dremel or Ryobi rotary tools or do I need a power drill?

When IVE HAD STONE polishing done it was done with a buffer and a soft pad and some pink diamond buffing solution. I havent used these for stone polishing. They may be rough and scratch. Not sure if they are soft enough. You can try them and if they do scratch get a softer pad and go over it but dont do deep scratches and I highly recommend you get a buffing solution. I wish i could recall the name of the brand I found in Texas. I havent seen it here in CA. Q: does this attach to a standard power drill?

Yes as long as you have the adapter for the drill.

Q: Can this be used on ceramic tile

I was able to polish rocks with these, for smaller work I would imagine it would work well for polishing or cleaning.
