That all the polystyrene has broken into tiny pieces, the keypad accepted any code you entered to lock and unlock

Numbers on keypad stopped working after 3 months.
Was working fine for 3 months and now the 5, 7, 8, 0 keys no longer work. Was really impressed with safe but now disappointed.
