I really like these Focus Factor Adults Brain and Vision supplements overall. They are convenient, and I like that they combine brain support and vision support in one product instead of needing multiple bottles. The only issue for me is that the tablets can be a little hard to swallow, especially first thing in the morning. They do not seem to have much of a coating, so they can feel a bit rough going down if you are not careful. Other than that, I’m happy with them. I would just recommend taking them with plenty of water and maybe not rushing through it. Good product, but the tablet texture could be improved.

In the beginning of taking the pills, which 4 at time is quite a lot, but I was gung ho, after a while I didn't see any difference and it was a chore to keep taking them. I can honestly say I didn't see any results so I just lost interest.

Seems like it’s helping me and I haven’t even been taking it very long. People complain about taste but I don’t have any problem with that .
