Not as Helpful as I'd Like
Although the book is FULL of questions and answers, which is great and does garner a 3 star review, it is missing essential questions portions for the CP exam so actually studying questions and answers from here is not going give you everything you need. Also I was hoping for CONTEXT not just a bunch of questions and answers - it literally is just questions and answers like flash cards in a book. Not helpful - this book would actually be 100% better AS flashcards IMHO. Actually much better than the flashcards I bought.

Very Informative, Great Reference Guide.
The multiple choice exams' Answer Key is truly helpful as it provides explanation for the correct answers.Very few texts contain that extended feature.A truly helpful book!Thank you so very much!

Has all of the multiple choice questions on the skills exam for the NALA CP/CP certification exam.
NALA produces a superior study guide.
