This has been a great effective product. As an addition to going to the gym and careful diet the abs stimulator has helped define my core. This is my first muscle stimulator and I use it everyday to increase my production during workouts and routine chores around the house. I really love that it has so many modes and goes all the way up to 30 for intensity which allows me to go to the max.

Let's just say it does what it says and if your committed it worth it . But it can make you very sore and it will be a surprise when you first use . But don't buy it if your not ready or willing to use every day otherwise it's will be one of those items you will use once in a while and torcher yourself . So it's all how committed you are.

You can really feel it working. This product was easy to use right out of the box. It charges quickly and has a great battery life between charges.

not as big as pictured on the guy model - gel pads don't seem to last long....and yes i have followed the instructions - i started on level 12 mode 1 and have been just fine
