Shoulder Pulley Over The Door Physical Therapy System

I recently bought this item. I have tennis elbow and recently hurt my shoulder. I've used this for three days now and I can tell it is really helping both. Rang of motions getting better and the tennis elbow isn't acting up. My husband told me he's gonna give it a try. Highly recommend.

This was heaven sent to help stretch out my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery. I used it at physical therapy and then purchase one for Home.

A pulley like this was used as part of my physical therapy following my shoulder replacement. I wanted one for my personal use at home to continue therapy to achieve & preserve maximum flexibility in my shoulder joint. It was arrived timely, in great condition, and is amenable to various possible therapeutic applications. The ropes are sturdy & durable, they don't shred, & they glide smoothly through the pulleys. The ropes long enough, & can be tied to adjust range of motion to accommodate various arm lengths, height stature, & making it easy to use when standing, sitting, or lying. I didn't want to mount it on a wall, but it could be if one chooses. There's a loop in the lightly weighted strap to facilitate mounting it, or, the strap thick, smooth strap can be placed over the top of the door & held in place securely when the door is closed, for snug, secure placement. I use it with the strap over the top of a closed door, sometimes I shorten the length withacouple of knots in each side of the rope, then step out enough paces to make my therapy beneficial. The length of rope can be tied in a number of loose knots so one doesn't lose the therapeutic benefit. It's small enough that it can be easily & compactly folded for storing in minimal space. I love the strawberry-milkshake-pink color, the handles are sturdy for repeated, long-term use, are simple to clean, and makes continuing therapy at home (or take it with you if you travel) beneficial in shoulder joint flexibility and range of motion. With its flexible design and sturdy materials, it probably would be suitable when used for therapy or rehabilitation of wrists, elbows, or the lower limbs & joints, too. I'm very satisfied with this purchase & would purchase again if I wear this one out. Considering attainment & preservation of physical function following injury, disease, or surgery, this pulley is a valuable, durable therapeutic device, and I would recommend this product to anyone.

It’s fantastic, it is much better on the handles than the ones I get in rehab. Easy to use, just on the door, grab a chair and do your exercises. Great value

I am battling cancer in 71 years old. One morning I woke up and my left arm was swollen and I worried about it being lymphedema I went and got an MRI and found out that due to age I had a torn shoulder so in my physical therapy they use the same pulley. I ordered it and I'm able to do the exercise at home sitting down on the chair and standing this is a perfect opportunity to get the same thing that you get at a healthcare at home

Cords could have been stronger but overall very nice product, works very well.

Do yourself a favor and add this to your toolbox for use in repairing frozen shoulder. It's very sturdy and its chord is fully adjustable! I have strengthened my shoulder already with this use of this item. After using this I then hang from a rod in my closet for further stretching. Started out slowly and then it gets faster. You couldn't do any better with the cost either. So easy to use. Fits very easily over a door, close it then press up against it with your back and apply strengthening stretches. Helps good posture as well.
